Suspension

[!] Rear end can feel unstable and prone to bouncing over bumps, leading to oversteer.

Stiffen the suspension slightly and increase damping to control body roll and improve stability. Lowering the ride height can also help.

Front Ride Height

Rear Ride Height

Anti-Roll Bars

[!] Understeer on turn-in followed by oversteer on throttle.

Reduce front ARB stiffness to encourage more front grip and increase rear ARB stiffness to help rotate the car without being overly aggressive.

Front ARB

Rear ARB

Differential

[!] Sudden power delivery can unsettle the rear.

Reduce initial torque to make power delivery smoother. Increase acceleration sensitivity slightly to help put power down, but keep deceleration sensitivity low to avoid locking up on corner entry.

[!] Track Analysis — Daytona International Speedway Road Course

Where and how to drive on this track for the best lap time.

Bus Stop Chicane

Downshift to 2nd or 3rd gear

Complex left-right chicane

Brake firmly on entry into the left-hander, aiming for a late apex to carry speed through the right-hander. Be precise with steering to avoid clipping the curbs, which can unsettle the car.

The Triangle

3rd gear for the right, downshift to 2nd for the left

Fast, sweeping right-hander leading into a tight left-hander

Maintain a smooth throttle through the sweeping right-hander, positioning the car to get the best line into the tight left. Brake progressively into the left, looking for a late apex to maximize exit speed onto the back straight.

The Horseshoe

Downshift to 2nd gear

Series of tight, technical turns

This section requires precision. Brake early and decisively into the first left, then manage throttle carefully through the right-left sequence. Focus on maintaining momentum and avoiding lock-ups.
